Feel you

Hear your voice through the words I read

on my screen.

Do you believe that I live inside scenarios

of what could have been

and what you could have said

if I begged you to stay.

Will you believe me if I say

you won't disappear

and you won't be away

because you live in my dreams

wearing your chucks and your

eye beams.

But you believe me when I lie

"I don't like you anymore"

Like I fooled you to believe

the lie I maintained since you

allowed me to cry

and held my hands between yours.

Why do you believe me so much

when I say you don't cross my mind

anymore?

Please allow me to hope

that you'll only live in my fantasies

where I can be in love with a version of you
